Should circumstances arise that prevent customers from participating, or you are in any way dissatisfied with your experience, STAR Academy may offer a full or partial refund or credit for future services, provided:
- Adequate notice was delivered to STAR Academy, not less than 2 weeks in advance of the scheduled event. This timeframe may be abbreviated in the event of extreme illness or extenuating circumstances.
- STAR Academy can replace or resell the spot vacated by your absence.
- STAR Academy can retain or recover any expenses incurred relating to your registration and intended participation.
